0.12.3 - Windows - nether bosses can be skipped if realm visited for first time

I believe the steps are

  1. Turn in post-game realm unlock quest
  2. unlock floor say 500
  3. go to never before visited realm on floor 500
  4. New god greeting quest takes priority
  5. Skipped a whole nether boss (and possibly all others)
    seems the nether bosses are also skipped entirely until you go back and fight them.
