0.5.0 Nether boss traits - some later tiers seem easier than earlier ones?

Judgement and Mercy
Tier 1: […] it kills enemies that are below 35% Health. […]
Tier 2: […] it kills enemies that are below 20% Health. […]
Tier 3: […] it kills enemies that are below 5% Health. […]
Unless I’m reading these traits wrong, your creatures have to have a lower health threshold on each turn before this enemy can kill them outright on its turn, which makes each subsequent trait easier.

Aspect of Meraxis
Tier 1: Your creatures are immune to damage that doesn’t come from attacks or spells. After your creatures are damaged, the enemy takes damage equal to 30% of the damage dealt. Your creatures always Defend. This trait persists even after this creature is dead.
Tier 2: As Tier except the creatures doesn’t always defend. This appears to make Tier 1 harder than tier 2?
Tier 3: appears ok.

Tier 1: […] At the end of this creature’s turn, it resurrects its allies.
Tier 2: […] At the end of this creature’s turn, it resurrects 3 allies.
Tier 3: […] At the end of this creature’s turn, it resurrects its allies.
Tier 1 appears to be the same as Tier 3.

Thanks, fixed for the next patch! Meraxis is working as intended though since not defending is meant to be a bit more difficult since they can attack or cast spells.
