0.6.11 Crashes in battle

Currently playing as a Pyromancer with six different Salamanders (none are fused):

  1. Chaos Salamander (+ Master of Salamanders trait)
  2. Wind Salamander
  3. Fire Salamander
  4. Thunder Salamander
  5. Ice Salamander
  6. Water Salamander

Each one of them has Blastwave equipped.

I have every perks equipped as a Pyromancer except for the following ones: Burn Out, Combustion, From Ashes, Hot Streak.

I got the following logs in two different instances:
