0.6.14: Game silently crashes - small memory leak?

OS: Steam proton

I’ve noticed that the game is no longer open whenever I come back to it after many hours.

I noticed that there is a small increase in memory usage over time.
About 0.1MB per 10-15 seconds.
I have the game sitting open with the Main Menu open.

Idling at the castle without any menus open does the same thing in memory growth. I’ll see if it crashes.

Too many files open. Again, steam proton, so not sure if it applies to native Windows.
