0.9.6 Trickster's Pilfer perk giving non-Ethereal gems

That Affliction should be an Ethereal gem, couldn’t find anything about it in the patch notes.
I was using a Glory setup on the Carbuncle and it can cast these Pilfer gems so they count as non-Ethereal.
Platform is Windows 10
