0.9.7 Necrotic Clutcher Bug (bypasses always dodge)

Necrotic Clutcher’s trait:
After an enemy Dodges an Attack from one of your other creatures, this creature Attacks the enemy 2 times.

bypassed Stand Alone Complex:
This creature always dodges attacks. At the start of this creature’s turn, it Provokes and then its turn ends.

For some reason Necrotic Clusters seem to bypass the Stand Alone Complex trait.

E.g. everytime I summon necrotic clutchers the creature with Stand Alone Complex dies due to attack damage.

Any update? / Confirmation that this is a bug?

This still seems to be occurring vs necrotic clutchers, am I missing something / being silly?
