Windows 11, intel 8350U, integrated graphics

It could be actually higher performance, but enabling high performance mode doubled the CPU usage on Steam.

in the castle
with off it ranged from 7-10%
with on it ranged from 9-22%

Maybe it is more GPU efficient?

You’re right, it’s meant to be more GPU efficient which is the bottleneck I’ve found on most mobile devices.
