[1.1.1] Spellweaver's Chrono Shift and Temporal Anomaly Order Bug

Chrono Shift and Temporal Anomaly seem to have some bugged behavior that is inconsistent between the desktop and PC versions.

Consider a creature with two spells, and using the Chrono shift annoint:
Spell 1
Spell 2

On PC, with 2 additional casts, the order shows up like this:
Spell 1
Spell 2
Spell 2
Spell 2
Spell 1
Spell 1

On Mobile:
Spell 1
Spell 1
Spell 1
Spell 2
Spell 2
Spell 2

Additionally, it seems like there is some sort of buffering of effects going on. I tried making a Holy Blast/Warp Reality build, where warp reality is immediately casted after holy blast using spellweaver’s perks.

On both PC and mobile, the spells cast in the same order. Holy blast is casted first, and warp reality second. However, on PC, the barrier created by holy blast is not detonated by warp reality, where on mobile it is.

This is intended, unfortunately enough. I had to change the way spells are handled for Android because the operating system isn’t able to handle the massive number of calculations the game requires at one time for some players’ party compositions.
