I ran into two cases where I was unable to complete a realm quest:
- A small/dense Friden map where I needed to destroy two shipwrecks and no shipwrecks were generated
- A small/dense Regalis map where I needed to defeat a false god and the false god portal was not in pathable area when it spawned (if it spawned at all)
