[BUG] False God portal not spawning

I cleaned up everything but the portal didn’t spawn. If I summon at the candle, after I kill all the summoned roaming packs (so the monster count for the map is 0 once again) I get this:

But the portal is still not present anywhere.

I was on Frostbite Caverns D641 and Loid was the false god (although I’d be srurpised if any of this mattered).

I exited the game (can’t forfeit as I kill candle spawns in start-of-battle phase), re-attempted the level but I once again encountered the error. I’m adding my save so that the bug can be reproduced.

I retried after rerolling the realm properties and this time the portal spawned.
