Change timing on removing some buffs/debuffs

I know there’s more than just the one, but I’ll use stunning as an example. It would be really nice if the stun buff would wear off at the end of its final turn, instead of the start of the next one. That way as you’re scanning the creatures, you won’t see “Stun” still on there, even though it was already stunned for its 1-2 turns and will be able to go the next time it comes up. It’s sort of easy to keep track of if you’re constantly playing. But if you take a break, or lose concentration, or especially now with the turbo modes… it would be nice to not have to worry if the debuff is in fact still active.
