Clarification Regarding Stat Altering Skills

I’m new to the game and asked the question in the official discord but I got two different answers so I want to ask here to see if the devs could give a quotable answer that can be referenced later on.

The question was: if I proc “Echolocation” 10 times, will my speed be 100(%) * (1.07^10) or 100(%) * (1.07 * 10)?

In general terms, does stat alterations operate on your base stats (calculated at SOC) or your current stats?

It’s based on your current stats.

If Echolocation activates 10 times in a row on the same turn, it’ll use whatever your Speed is at before the first one activates (see the part of the Codex about everything happening at once in the same turn).
