Damage does not move creature with wisp trait to the bottom of the timeline

Below I provide a minimal example of a build that utilizes Trait Launcher mechanic and poison to control the timeline. I’ll explain how I expect it to work, and how it works:

  1. wisp catapults the traits (successfully)
  2. Wisp casts stone ward on friden (makes him defend and provoke)
  3. Enemies take damage twice from 3x poison (as expected)

And finally:

  1. I expect the enemies to be moved to the bottom of the timeline when they take damage, but their position is not changed
