I looked in the library, and found no information about defending. I am curious what exactly or approximately it does. It seems like it is reducing the damage that is inflicted but I am not 100% sure on that. Does provoke last the entire fight, or do I need my tank to provoke every round?
That’s actually a good point - both of those should be explained in the library somewhere. I’ll be sure to add that soon.
Defending and provoking both last only until that creature’s next turn. Defending increases the creature’s defenses by a certain percentage. Provoking makes enemy creatures more likely to attack that creature, but that creature’s defenses are reduced by a certain percentage until its next turn.
