Forfeit counts as kills for gaining knowledge

I gained a couple rank E knowledge popups from enemies by forfeiting battles without killing any of the creatures. I guess I’ll take it as a benefit for trying?

reminds me of last time enemies on arena stun/snare locked me so i couldnt even hit forfeit button and had to enjoy the rapture. guess its a bug still. but yeah for the topic i was awarded the knowledge. despite i couldnt even take any action at all.
