Grimoires:

For the Imp one, I could actually see “target” as being correct, as it’s referring to multiple Imps’ spell gems, not just one spell gem that will target something differently.
I.E. “All gems now target all enemies” vs. “This gem now targets all enemies”.

But then the question is whether Shellbust’s plural should be Shellbusts. (Your Imps’ Shellbusts (Or Shellbust gems) now target all enemies.)
