Possible bug with health %s in macros

I use a macro for a paladin team that says

if this creature has >0% health, provoke
if this creature has >0% health, defend
if this creature has >0% health, attack random enemy
if this creature has >0% health, skip turn

When I have a creature (max hp 642.26k) at 1 hp, it says that there’s no matches in the macro. I’m assuming it’s just rounding 1/642260 down to 0, since I’m still able to just provoke manually when this happens. Unfortunately, it’s pretty hard to check since very few things are able to get me to 1 hp and then still give me a turn afterwards.
