Purchased app but shows as demo. Won't connect to store.

  2. Purchased game on amazon. I have included order number. I’m connected to the internet and while playing I received the purchase pop-up at lvl 15. But it says it cannot connect to the store. The title screen shows demo. Selecting in store app from the menu also says it cannot connect. I’m writing this from the same machine so it isn’t a connection issue.

Releasing a fix for this shortly - sorry about that!

Edit: I’d like to clarify that you won’t have to buy the game again or anything like that. There’s just a bug that is causing the game to think you’re playing on a different Android device other than Kindle.

The fix should be up now - please let me know if you have any more problems!

Still no luck. Do I need to uninstall/reinstall? And will I lose my save game?

There isn’t a need to uninstall/reinstall. Do you know for sure if the update went through to your device yet? Sometimes it takes a few hours for your device to recognize that there’s an update available.

Took a while to check but I’m working now. Excellent service and fun game! I’m a developer as well and the quick response was wonderful. Ill take some time to leave a few good reviews around the web. Keep up the good work!
