Sabotage Spell [Suggestion]

Can the attacks from the Sabotage spell be coded to not be dodged or misses? Even if the damage done is 0.
It really defeats the entire purpose of casting the spell if the attacks all whiff (since nothing occurs if there’s no damage).

Another suggestion here:
Can the minimum damage inflicted by Sabotage be set to 1 rather than 0?

0 is essentially a dodge/miss now (nothing triggers off it)
