The Second Chance Trait, which “places” a newly resurrected ally at the top of the timeline, doesn’t really place it at the top, it replaces the one at the top.
Let’s say one of Creature A is sitting at the top of the timeline at the start of battle. Several start-of-battle events occur and Creature B ends up being killed and resurrected and gets placed at the top of the timeline because of the trait, all before Creature A’s turn, Creature A’s turn is pushed all the way down the timeline without it having its turn. That doesn’t seem to match the description and therefore doesn’t seem intended.
It’s not a case of “maybe something else occurred that made Creature A lose its turn”, it happens 100% of the time Second Trait activates and 0% when it doesn’t.
