Siralim 3 - Patch 0.1.1 released!

  • CHANGE: Rebalanced the formulas for creatures’ chances to dodge and deal critical damage. The old formulas were an absolute mess and effects that interacted with them were unpredictable.
  • CHANGE: Chance for “Glory” spells to activate has been decreased from 25% to 15%.
  • CHANGE: Spells that can’t be cast manually but instead trigger based on an action once again cost no mana.
  • CHANGE: “Spell Tap” and “Lust” traits now grants copies of the creature’s spell gems, rather than access to the same exact spell gems the creature has equipped. These copies are now considered to be temporary.
  • CHANGE: After a creature reaches its maximum or minimum amount of a certain stat, no more floating text will appear for that creature/stat combination after the initial warning. For example: previously, if a creature’s Attack stat was maxed out, a message appeared every time that creature would gain Attack that said “Attack Maxed” - now, this message is only displayed once.
  • FIX: Several bugs related to maximum and minimum stat gains/losses in battle.
  • FIX: A few strange bugs related to mass-grinding spell gems.
  • FIX: Undead Army boss battle, the final battle, and Horde Nemesis Creatures would be defeated prematurely if you killed all the creatures at once.
  • FIX: Nemesis Creatures with the “Horde” affix always had 5 Heredity which limited their maximum levels.
  • FIX: “Cold Blood” trait was dealing too much damage.
  • FIX: Nemesis affix “Thorns” was damaging the wrong creatures.
  • FIX: Took another shot at fixing a crash that can occur if you run into two or more enemies at once in the overworld.
  • FIX: Several issues where numbers weren’t rounded.
  • FIX: Typo in final battle dialog (wrong gender pronoun used for female characters).
  • FIX: Potentially fixed an issue that caused Nemesis Creatures with the “Horde” affix to display large, ghostly overworld sprites after the battle ended.
  • FIX: Nemesis Creatures will no longer flee from you or die instantly, regardless of if your Heart of Darkness is active or not.
  • FIX: Typo in wardrobe name: “Shopkeeper (Old Man)” should have been “Shopkeeper (Old Woman)”.
  • FIX: Nether Creatures were still dealing less damage to creatures if their class was weak against them.
  • FIX: Hopefully removed the phantom library books from the riddle dwarf room.
  • FIX: If you already purchased a talisman from a god, it won’t let you do so again because that would be stupid to buy multiple talismans.
