Stone Debuff

While I like the change to Stone in the 0.6.x update, it still feels a bit off, thematically and for gameplay purposes. Without stepping on the toes of Frozen and Snared too much, I’d suggest moving the Stone afflicted creature to the bottom of the timeline in addition to the loss of Dodge and Crit. Debuff resistance for Stone could then be having Dodge and Crit chances halved while still sending them to the bottom of the timeline.
