Taking blight damage after hitting heal cap per turn

The heal cap per turn is 15, but the damage cap per turn is 20 instances.

I have the artifact trait that heals me when I take damage (Katarina’s Brace item). Unfortunately when my creatures have blighted status this puts them in a loop where they get damaged somehow, they heal->it damages them->they heal->repeating. What I’ve noticed when looking over the log is that at the end I’ll get several messages about not healing due to the cap but they are still taking lines of blight damage as if they had been healed.

Would recommend setting heal/damage caps to the same number or making it so if you don’t heal because of the cap it also doesn’t do blight damage.
