Hi so this perk should share the potency of poison/burn but reduced by 65%. Right now I do not think it is working. My current team uses the perk intensify (which increase poison/burn potency) with multiple hits. I will keep nailing one monster and when its his turn he takes a huge sum of damage, but his buddies take much less. A good example is one time the enemy took 4k dmg and survived, then his buddies went and they only took around 400 dmg, which is around what the poison was doing normally.
